Congratulations to Dr. Saud Asif Ahmed, a Pakistani post-doctoral fellow in our group, for receiving the Research Fund for International Scientists (RFIS) worth 200,000 RMB for one year from the National Natural Science Foundation China (NSFC). This competitive grant supports international scientists with foreign citizenship working in China. Dr. Ahmed has also been honored with the BMS Junior Fellowship valued at 600,000 RMB from the Beijing National Laboratory for Molecular Sciences (BNLMS) from 2022 to 2024, as well as the International Scientists Project grant of 100,000 RMB from the Beijing Natural Science Foundation (BNSF) for 2023-2024.
